Zainab Jah is a British actress of Sierra Leonean descent whose work spans theater, television, and film. She made her Broadway debut in 2016, appearing in Danai Gurira's play Eclipsed in the role of Maima, also known as Wife Number Two.
Beyond Broadway, Jah's stage work includes productions of Venus and School Girls, among other theatrical credits. Her television appearances include the role of anti-corruption minister Aminata Sissoko in the second season of Deep State, as well as the character Aby Bah in Homeland.
