Grenier's Broadway career extended from 1989 to 2011 and encompassed a range of dramatic works. His stage credits include Mastergate, A Man for All Seasons, Man and Boy, 33 Variations, and the play A Voice in the Dark. His work in 33 Variations earned him a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Ensemble Performance in 2006.
