William Bramley (April 18, 1928 – October 28, 1985) was an American actor born in New York, New York, who built a career across Broadway, film, and television. He attended Bucknell University, where he participated in the Cap and Dagger Club theatrical organization, and graduated in 1953. Bramley is also associated with Runnemede, New Jersey.

His Broadway work spanned 1956 to 1957 and included two productions: the musical West Side Story and Lovers. The stage production of West Side Story connected him to material he would revisit on screen, as he went on to portray Officer Krupke in the 1961 film adaptation of the same musical. That production, co-directed by Robert Wise and co-starring Richard Beymer, won the Academy Award. Bramley's film career extended across several decades and included Gunpoint (1966), Madigan (1968), I Love You, Alice B. Toklas (1968), Getting Straight (1970), Suppose They Gave a War and Nobody Came? (1970), Doctors' Wives (1971), Bless the Beasts & Children (1971), Hangup (1974), Revenge of the Cheerleaders (1976), and The Wild Life (1984).

Bramley was also a consistent presence on television, appearing in TV movies such as Ready for the People (1964), Trial Run (1969), Michael O'Hara the Fourth (1972), The Last Day (1975), and Tough Girl (1981). His series guest credits included Gunsmoke, Bonanza, Combat!, Straightaway, Kentucky Jones, Lassie, The Virginian, Bewitched, I Dream of Jeannie, Emergency!, McCloud, Gomer Pyle, and Barnaby Jones. He appeared in the Star Trek second-season episode "Bread and Circuses" as the lead policeman. His final television appearance came in an episode of St. Elsewhere. Bramley died on October 28, 1985, at Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, California, at the age of 57.
