Virginia Kull is an American actress whose work spans stage, film, and television. She began her stage career in 2005 with the Keen Company's revival of The Bread Winner, in which she portrayed Judy Battle. Her Broadway career ran from 2007 to 2012 and included productions of Man and Boy, Dividing the Estate, Old Acquaintance, and The Heiress. The Heiress, a 2012 stage adaptation of Henry James' novel Washington Square, was directed by Moisés Kaufman and featured a cast that included Jessica Chastain, Dan Stevens, and David Strathairn.

Kull's television career has encompassed both recurring roles and guest appearances across a wide range of productions. Her guest credits include Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Good Wife, Shameless, Boardwalk Empire, Twin Peaks: The Return, and This Is Us. In 2014, she took on the role of Beth Solano in the crime drama Gracepoint. She appeared in HBO's Big Little Lies in 2017, and from 2017 to 2018 played Katie Boyd in the Amazon series Sneaky Pete. In 2018, she portrayed Sadie, a nurse in a neurology ward, in the second season of Mr. Mercedes, and appeared as Kathy Shaughnessy in the miniseries The Looming Tower. From 2019 to 2020, Kull starred as Linda McQueen in the supernatural horror series NOS4A2. In 2020, she appeared as Leslie in the German political satire Curveball. She also appears as Diana in the episode "The Mickey" of The Rookie. In 2023, Kull played Sally Jackson, the mother of the title character, in the Disney+ adaptation of Percy Jackson and the Olympians.

On May 2, 2009, Kull married Ryan Howard Young at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Brooklyn, New York. The couple has twin children, Wilhelmina and Lloyd.
