Vince Baggetta (also billed as Vincent Baggetta, Vincent Beggetta, and Vince Bagetta) was an American actor born on December 7, 1937, in Paterson, New Jersey. He worked in both theater and television across a career spanning several decades before his death on May 2, 2017, in Sherman Oaks, California, at the age of 79.

Baggetta's stage career placed him on Broadway between 1957 and 1961. His credits during that period include the musical West Side Story and the play Daughter of Silence. While pursuing his acting ambitions, he supported himself by driving a taxi.

His television work began in 1962 with bit parts on The Defenders and Naked City, followed by an appearance on The Twilight Zone in 1963. He also made a guest appearance as himself on The Hollywood Squares in 1966. Throughout the 1970s, Baggetta appeared on a number of prominent television series, including Mannix, Cannon, Starsky and Hutch, Kojak, Switch, and Eischied. He portrayed two different characters across two episodes of The Rockford Files and appeared in seven episodes of Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman as Father Frank DeMarco.

Baggetta is perhaps best known for his starring role as the title character in The Eddie Capra Mysteries, a series that ran for 13 episodes in 1978 and 1979. He also played the leading role of David Renaldi on the daytime drama One Life to Live in 1984. Additional television work during the 1980s included appearances on Charlie's Angels, Vega$, Remington Steele, Fame, Magnum P.I., T.J. Hooker, and Lou Grant. He played Lou Pellegrino in the short-lived series Chicago Story in 1982 and portrayed Rick Scotti in Jack and Mike in 1987. Baggetta appeared in seven episodes of The Colbys as Assistant District Attorney John Moretti, made three appearances in Hill Street Blues across two different roles, and appeared twice in different roles on Murder, She Wrote, with a third appearance following in the 1990s.

In the early 1990s, Baggetta played Father Jarvis in two episodes of Freddy's Nightmares and later had a guest role on NYPD Blue. He also made an uncredited appearance in the television series Renegade in 1995.
