Victoria Gabrielle Platt is an American actress born on November 21, 1972, in Queens, New York. She made her first screen appearance at age twelve in an episode of the NBC sitcom The Cosby Show in 1985, and the following year made her film debut in Round Midnight, a musical drama starring Dexter Gordon.

Platt's Broadway career includes a 1992 appearance in Jelly's Last Jam, in which she performed opposite Gregory Hines. She also took on the role of Altovise, wife of Sammy Davis Jr., in the musical Sammy. Her stage work earned her an NAACP Theatre Award nomination for Opening Doors and Hope Runs Eternal, as well as an Ovation Award nomination for the hip-hop musical Venice in 2013.

On television, Platt portrayed Josephine Baker in the 1998 HBO film Winchell. That same year she joined the CBS daytime drama Guiding Light, playing Vicky Spaulding from October 1998 through the summer of 2001. She later appeared as a regular cast member in the ABC series The Gates in 2010 and held a recurring role in the CW series Star-Crossed in 2014. Her guest credits span CSI: Miami, Crossing Jordan, Strong Medicine, Castle, Criminal Minds, and Lucifer. Platt also appeared across three NCIS franchise series — NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, and NCIS: New Orleans — playing a different role in each. From 2020 to 2021, she recurred as Dr. Amanda Raynor on the NBC daytime soap opera Days of Our Lives, a performance that earned her a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Performer in a Drama Series at the 48th Daytime Emmy Awards.

Platt married actor Terrell Tilford in 2001, and the couple had one child together, born in 2014. They separated in 2021 after twenty years of marriage.
