Tony Swartz, born Russell Anthony Swartz on September 24, 1943, in Iowa, was an American actor and television production professional who worked across stage, television, and film. He died on September 27, 2016, in Missouri.

Swartz maintained an active Broadway presence between 1968 and 1974, appearing in three productions during that period. His stage credits include Choephori, The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui, and Find Your Way Home.

On television, Swartz is perhaps best known for his recurring role as Flight Sergeant Jolly on the original Battlestar Galactica series. His television work also included guest appearances on Kojak, The Golden Girls, and The Invisible Man, along with appearances in a number of television movies. Beyond acting, Swartz contributed to television and film production in additional capacities, serving as a location scout and a driver. He also worked on documentary and promotional films throughout his career.

Swartz was married to Helen Blume. His daughter is Kathryn Swartz.
