Tito Goya, born Andrew Butler on April 4, 1951, was a Puerto Rican actor who worked in film, television, and theater. He grew up in Brentwood, New York, raised by his mother Carmen and stepfather Mario alongside his brothers Jacob, Hector, Charlie, and Richard, and his sister Milagros.

Goya made his Broadway appearance in 1974 in Short Eyes, the same production that would later be adapted into a 1977 film in which he portrayed the character Cupcakes. His screen career spanned the mid-1970s through the mid-1980s and included roles in Marathon Man (1976), Andy Warhol's Bad (1977), All That Jazz (1979), Going in Style (1979), Night of the Juggler (1980), and Fort Apache, The Bronx (1981). His final acting credit was a 1984 appearance on Miami Vice, in which he played Carlos Mendez, a drug dealer's liaison.

In 1984, Goya was arrested in connection with a murder that had taken place in Austin, Texas in 1978. While free on bond and awaiting trial in Texas, he died on December 1, 1985, of cirrhosis. He is buried on Long Island, New York.
