Thomas Q. Seabrooke (October 20, 1860 – April 3, 1913) was an American actor, comedian, vaudeville performer, and impresario born Thomas Quigley in Mount Vernon, New York. He received his early education in the Mount Vernon City School District before leaving at age eleven to work as an apprentice at the East Chester National Bank. Shortly before turning twenty, he made his professional stage debut playing Bertie Cecil in Cigarette, a stage adaptation of the novel Under Two Flags written by playwright Henry F. Stone.

Seabrooke went on to establish himself as a leading presence in comic opera and musical theater, performing on Broadway and in national tours from the 1880s through the first decade of the twentieth century. His Broadway career spanned from 1889 to 1932 and included starring roles and featured appearances across a wide range of productions. Among his most prominent credits were Erminie, Robin Hood, The Lights o' London, and Mexicana. His most commercially successful productions included The Isle of Champagne in 1894, Tabasco in 1895, and A Chinese Honeymoon in 1902.

Seabrooke died of pneumonia in Chicago on April 3, 1913, at the age of fifty-three.
