Thelma Percy was a British actress born on October 20, 1903, in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She was the sister of fellow actress Eileen Percy. Percy died on July 6, 1970, in Santa Monica, California.
Percy built her career across both film and stage. Her screen work began in 1920 with a series of silent films, including The Vanishing Dagger, in which she played Elizabeth Latimer, and The Beggar Prince, where she took on the role of Sosad. That same year she appeared in Wolf Tracks, The Stage Hand as the Animal Trainer, and The Star Rover as Faith Levering. In 1921, her film credits included Seven Years Bad Luck, in which she portrayed the Station Agent's Daughter, and High and Dry.
On stage, Percy made her Broadway appearance in 1922 in the musical The Blushing Bride.
