Stella Baker is an American actress born on August 8, 1993, in Australia to actors Simon Baker and Rebecca Rigg. She grew up in Los Angeles, California, and later relocated to Portland for college before attending the Yale School of Drama, where she graduated in 2018.
Baker's first acting role came in a play during her early twenties. Her screen debut followed when she appeared as a guest in the second episode of the final season of The Mentalist in 2014, the long-running series in which her father starred. After that appearance, she worked on a number of short films, one of which she also wrote and produced.
Her television profile grew substantially in 2021, when she took on two notable roles in the same year. She was cast as Theresa Barlow in the thriller drama series Tell Me Your Secrets, appearing in eight episodes, and simultaneously played the lead role of Sarah Cooper in The CW series The Republic of Sarah, which ran for a single season. In 2022, she appeared as Susan Tremont in an episode of The Good Fight, and in 2023 she played Charlotte "Charlie" Collins in an episode of Walker: Independence.
Baker made her Broadway debut in 2024, appearing in the drama The Patriots.
