About
Shaun Michael Taylor-Corbett, also known by his Blackfeet name I'Pyooksisstiiko'om, is an American actor, singer, and writer born on October 6, 1978, in Jennersville, Pennsylvania. Of Blackfeet, Scandinavian, and Black descent, Taylor-Corbett is the only son of choreographer Lynne Taylor-Corbett and music executive Michael Corbett, and has three sisters. He was raised in Rockville Centre, New York.
Taylor-Corbett attended the University of Delaware, where he was an honors student, served as vice president of the World Peace Club, and sang with the a cappella group the University of Delaware YChromes. His segment on the show was Shapes in Space, in which he interacted with oversized geometric objects and performed three songs per episode, both as a soloist and as part of the Hi-5 band. He departed the program in 2006 to continue his performing career, subsequently playing Juan in the Off-Broadway musical Altar Boyz from July 3, 2006, through May 6, 2007.
