Sam Sidman (1871 – January 3, 1948) was an American actor and comedian born in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. His career spanned stage and film, and he was recognized as a comedian of sufficient prominence to be imitated by Eddie Cantor.

Sidman's Broadway career extended from 1908 to 1936 and encompassed a range of productions. His stage credits included The Mimic World in 1908, as well as the plays Antonia and Humoresque. He also appeared in For Valor and Lady Luck, among other productions during his nearly three decades on Broadway.

Alongside his stage work, Sidman appeared in several films. These included The Daring Years, a 1923 release now considered a lost film, as well as The Show Girl and Better Days, both from 1927.

At the time of his death, Sidman was living at the Actors' Fund home in Englewood, New Jersey. He died on January 3, 1948, in Pinewald, New Jersey.
