Roy Edwin Glenn, Sr. (June 3, 1914 – March 12, 1971) was an American character actor born in Pittsburg, Kansas, whose career extended across five decades in radio, television, film, and Broadway.

Glenn began his professional work in radio during the 1940s, making multiple appearances on The Amos 'n' Andy Show and The Jack Benny Program. His radio work continued into the 1950s with credits on Rocky Jordan, Suspense, Yours Truly Johnny Dollar, and CBS Radio Workshop. He transitioned into television at the medium's earliest years, including recurring appearances on the television version of The Amos 'n' Andy Show from 1951 to 1953, and continued working in television through 1970.

His screen career began with Kelly the Second in 1936, followed by Dark Manhattan in 1937. Among his subsequent film appearances were The Jackie Robinson Story (1950), Carmen Jones (1954), Porgy and Bess (1959), The Sound and the Fury (1959), and A Raisin in the Sun (1961), the latter featuring Sidney Poitier, Ruby Dee, and Claudia McNeil. In 1967, Glenn appeared as Mr. Prentice, the father of Poitier's character, in Guess Who's Coming to Dinner. His final film appearance came in Support Your Local Gunfighter (1971).

In 1964, Glenn appeared on Broadway in Golden Boy. He was married to Pauline "Lilla" Glenn, and together they had two sons and a daughter. Glenn died of a heart attack in Los Angeles, California on March 12, 1971, at the age of 56.
