Roy Emerton (9 October 1892 – 30 November 1944) was a British actor whose career spanned stage and film. Before entering the entertainment industry, he held a variety of working-class occupations, including sailor, stoker, docker, railway worker, and miner, and he served in the First World War.

Emerton went on to build a career across London stage productions, appearing in a range of works that included Shakespeare as well as popular plays and shows. He also accumulated credits in film.

His stage work extended to Broadway, where he appeared in 1931 in the play The Good Companions.
