Roy D'Arcy, born Roy Francis Giusti on February 10, 1894, was an American actor who built his reputation primarily in silent film and early sound pictures before making an appearance on Broadway. He died on November 15, 1969, and was buried at Montecito Memorial Park in Colton, California.

D'Arcy became a recognizable presence in Hollywood during the mid-1920s, earning particular notice for his portrayals of flamboyant villains. Between 1925 and 1939, he appeared in approximately 50 films, working alongside major figures and stars of the era. Among his notable screen credits were Erich Von Stroheim's The Merry Widow in 1925 and The Temptress in 1926, the latter featuring Greta Garbo.

In 1930, D'Arcy extended his performing career to the stage, appearing on Broadway in the play Room 349. His film work continued through the close of the 1930s, by which point he was approximately 45 years old. Following the conclusion of his acting career, D'Arcy transitioned into business, operating his own real estate enterprise for the remainder of his working life.
