Rosalyn Boulter was an English stage and screen actress born on 1 February 1917. Her career spanned both theatrical and film work before her death on 6 March 1997 in Santa Barbara, California.

Boulter established herself in the theater during the mid-1930s, appearing in four West End productions between 1935 and 1936. She transitioned into film during the same period, taking roles in two pictures: the romantic comedy Love at Sea in 1936 and the thriller Holiday's End in 1937.

In 1937, Boulter brought her stage career to North America, touring the United Kingdom before making her Broadway debut. Her Broadway appearance came in George and Margaret, in which she played the lead role. The production had originated as a West End hit prior to its Broadway run.

Away from her professional work, Boulter married Stanley Haynes, who worked as a film writer, director, and producer. The couple had a daughter, Carol, born in 1943.
