Rodney Saulsberry is an American actor, voice-over performer, vocalist, announcer, and author whose career spans stage, screen, television, and audio. He made his Broadway debut in 1979 and remained active on the Great White Way through 1981, appearing in The First Law and Your Arms Too Short to Box With God.

Beyond Broadway, Saulsberry built a substantial screen career across both film and television. His film appearances include The Philadelphia Experiment (1984), Tango & Cash (1989), and the animated feature The Invincible Iron Man (2007). He also appeared in the Academy Award-winning short film Violet (1981). On television, Saulsberry served as a series regular on Capitol (1982), playing the role of Jeff Johnson, and held the recurring role of Anthony Walker on The Bold and the Beautiful beginning in 1987. His guest appearances span a wide range of series, among them Taxi, M*A*S*H, Hill Street Blues, Gimme a Break!, The A-Team, 227, Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman, Law & Order: LA, Without a Trace, and Monk. He also performed on the variety program Soul Train.

Saulsberry's voice work has been a defining element of his career. He voiced Robbie Robertson in the 1994 animated television series Spider-Man: The Animated Series and contributed background vocals to the soundtracks of The Lion King (1994) and The Prince of Egypt (1998), among other projects. His commercial voice work includes campaigns for Twix and Zatarain's, and he has narrated numerous film trailers, including those for How Stella Got Her Groove Back, Finding Forrester, and Crooklyn. His documentary narration credits include Ax Handle Saturday: 50 Years Later (2010), Michael Jackson: Life of a Superstar (2009), the Marvin Gaye E! True Hollywood Story (1998), and Andy Bobrow's mockumentary The Old Negro Space Program (2004). He served as the radio announcer voice for the New Orleans Pelicans during the 2012 season and was the announcer for both the 34th NAACP Image Awards and the 2003 Essence Awards.

As a recording artist, Saulsberry released a self-titled R&B album that produced two Billboard-charting singles, "I Wonder" and "Look Whatcha Done Now." He has written and performed music for numerous film, television, and commercial productions, and in the fall of 2011 he launched Tomdor Music, a website dedicated to music placement across those industries.

Saulsberry has authored three books on voice performance: You Can Bank on Your Voice, Step Up to the Mic, and Rodney Saulsberry's Tongue Twisters and Vocal Warm-Ups. He hosts the podcast Success Talks With Rodney Saulsberry and has taught voice-over workshops in cities including New York, Chicago, Nashville, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. He has served as a guest lecturer for the theatre departments at Western Michigan University and California State University, Northridge, and has participated in the Black Theatre Festival in Winston-Salem. Saulsberry is a regular panelist and workshop instructor for the SAG Foundation in support of the Don LaFontaine Voice-Over Lab and has appeared as a featured speaker at Voice Coaches Expo in Schenectady, New York.

His performance as Anthony Walker on The Bold and the Beautiful earned him NAACP Image Award nominations for Outstanding Actor in a Daytime Drama Series at both the 42nd ceremony in 2011 and the 44th ceremony in 2012.
