Robert Felix Torti, born October 22, 1961, in Van Nuys, California, is an American actor whose career spans Broadway, film, and television.

Torti made his Broadway debut in Starlight Express, playing the role of Greaseball, a performance that earned him a nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Musical at the 41st Tony Awards in 1987. He returned to Broadway in 1993 as the Pharaoh in the revival of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, a role he later reprised in the 1999 film adaptation of the same production.

Beyond Broadway, Torti originated the role of Jesus in the 1998 Los Angeles stage production of Reefer Madness and subsequently originated the role of Jack in the 2001 New York City stage production of the same musical. His work in Reefer Madness earned him an Ovation Award. He also appeared in both the London and Los Angeles productions of Smokey Joe's Cafe. Earlier in his career, Torti received a Drama-Logue Award for his performance in Godspell.

On screen, Torti portrayed singer Freddy Fredrickson in the Tom Hanks film That Thing You Do!, with additional film credits including Who's Your Daddy, Submerged, and Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical. His television work includes regular and recurring roles on The Drew Carey Show, Vinnie & Bobby, Generations, The Young and the Restless, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, and The Suite Life on Deck.

In August 2020, Torti appeared on the soundtrack Broadway Sings Blood Rock: The Musical alongside Andy Mientus, Damon Daunno, and Jennifer DiNoia. In his personal life, Torti married DeLee Lively on June 24, 1999, and together they have four children, three daughters and one son.
