Robert Jason Costanzo, born October 20, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York, is an American actor working across film, television, voice acting, and stage. The son of actor Carmine Costanzo, he is of Italian descent and received his education at St. Francis Preparatory School and St. Francis College. His acting career spans more than four decades, during which he has frequently portrayed gruff New York City characters in both dramatic and comedic contexts.

Costanzo made his Broadway appearance in 1977 in Unexpected Guests. That same year, he appeared on screen as a paint store customer in Saturday Night Fever, following an earlier uncredited role as a cop in the 1975 film Dog Day Afternoon. Subsequent film credits include Total Recall, Die Hard 2, Dick Tracy, City Slickers, and Down and Derby.

His television work encompasses a wide range of series, including Friends and Joey, in which he played the father of main character Joey Tribbiani, as well as Lois and Clark, Boston Legal, Hannah Montana, The Golden Girls, and Days of Our Lives, among numerous others. He also appeared as Commissioner Stenchler in the Sega CD game Sewer Shark.

Costanzo has built a substantial career as a voice actor, contributing to animated series such as Hercules, The Fairly OddParents, The Zeta Project, House of Mouse, Duckman, Bonkers, and Random! Cartoons. He is particularly recognized for voicing Harvey Bullock across multiple entries in the DC Animated Universe, including Batman: The Animated Series, Superman: The Animated Series, The New Batman Adventures, and Static Shock, as well as the theatrical film Mask of the Phantasm and the video releases Batman and Mr. Freeze: SubZero and Mystery of the Batwoman. He reprised the role of Bullock in the video game Batman: Arkham Origins.

Costanzo frequently serves as a voice double for Danny DeVito, most notably voicing Philoctetes in the 1998 Hercules animated series and in the Kingdom Hearts video game series. Additional video game credits include Angelo in The Sopranos: Road to Respect and both Joe Barbaro and Derek Pappalardo in Mafia II.
