About
Rebecca Faulkenberry is a singer and actress born in Texas and raised in Bermuda. She attended Choate Rosemary Hall, a Connecticut boarding school, before studying at Indiana University and later completing a master's degree at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Her career has spanned Broadway, West End theatre, film, and television.
Faulkenberry began her theatrical career in London's West End, making her debut in High School Musical in 2008. She subsequently appeared in High School Musical 2 and traveled with the production on a U.S. national tour. Her Broadway debut came in 2011 when she originated the female lead role of Sherrie in Rock of Ages, having previously performed the role on the show's national tour. After nine months with the production, she transitioned to Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, where she took on the lead role of Mary-Jane. In 2017, she appeared on Broadway as Nancy in Groundhog Day, the Tony-nominated musical written by Tim Minchin and Danny Rubin.
On screen, Faulkenberry has accumulated a range of television credits, including guest appearances on Madam Secretary, Blue Bloods, The Blacklist, and Instinct. She appeared in Martin Scorsese's film The Irishman, playing Barbara Hoffa alongside Al Pacino.
