Peter Mark Kendall is an American actor and musician born on May 11, 1986, in Baltimore, Maryland, to a family with South African roots. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in theatre from McDaniel College, where he also studied jazz guitar, before completing a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Brown University in 2013.
Kendall's professional acting career began with a role in the television series The Leftovers, in which he played Tom Henney. He subsequently appeared in Chicago Med, Girls, and The Americans, where he portrayed Hans on FX. He also took on the role of Richard Onsted in the CBS series Strange Angel. His film work includes the role of Connor in Time Out of Mind, which marked his first appearance on screen. In addition to his performance work, Kendall has composed music for film, podcasts, and advertisements through Hickory Collective.
On stage, Kendall has appeared in Six Degrees of Separation, The Harvest, Blue Ridge, Mercury Fur, and The Rose Tattoo. His Broadway credit in Six Degrees of Separation dates to 2017. Kendall is married to actress Helen Cespedes.
