Paul DeBoy is an American actor born on September 14, 1955, in Baltimore, Maryland. He trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, where he earned an associate of arts degree, and also attended the Royal Academy of Arts.

DeBoy's Broadway career spans 2001 to 2004 and includes two productions: Sight Unseen and Mamma Mia!. His connection to Mamma Mia! extended beyond Broadway, as he also played Harry Bright in the North American Tour of the production. In addition to his Broadway and touring work, DeBoy appeared in the Second Stage Theater's production of Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl, where he covered two roles.

His regional theater work is extensive. Credits include Clean House at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Heartbreak House at The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, The Real Thing at Pioneer Theatre Company, Sight Unseen at Manhattan Theatre Club, Sylvia at Cleveland Play House, Young Lady From Rwanda at Kansas City Repertory Theatre, The Swan at American Stage, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at Shea's 710 Theatre, Blithe Spirit at the Olney Theatre Center, and The Einstein Project at Theatre for The First Amendment.

On screen, DeBoy is known for his role as Wendell Doggett in the film A Dirty Shame and has appeared in episodes of Law & Order and Law & Order: Trial by Jury. He also portrayed Bernhard Moritz in Haber and provided the voice of Jimmy Saint in the video game Red Dead Redemption.

DeBoy is a cousin of actor PJ DeBoy and politician Steven J. DeBoy Sr.
