George Nolan Leary (April 26, 1889 – December 12, 1987) was an American actor, playwright, and composer born in Rock Island County, Illinois. His career on stage, screen, and television spanned more than six decades, beginning during World War I and concluding with a television appearance in 1981.

Leary's performing career began in France during World War I, where he provided entertainment for United States troops. His Broadway debut came in 1919 with the play Forbidden, in which he played both the Second Lieutenant and Luke O'Keefe. He continued to work on Broadway through 1934, appearing in productions that included the revues Belmont Varieties and Manhattan Varieties, as well as the plays Happy Landing, Rendezvous, and Dodsworth.

Beyond the stage, Leary built a substantial career in film and television. His screen credits included The Valley of Vanishing Men, Strangler of the Swamp, That Texas Jamboree, Out California Way, Love Laughs at Andy Hardy, I Wonder Who's Kissing Her Now, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, and Devil Bat's Daughter. On television, he appeared in The Alfred Hitchcock Hour in 1963, playing a movie judge in the Season 2 episode "Starring the Defense." He made his final television appearance in Nero Wolfe in 1981, the year he retired from performing.

Leary died on December 12, 1987, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 98. He was buried at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
