Nick Mennell

Nick Mennell is an American actor whose career spans stage and screen, with work in both Broadway productions and major Hollywood films. He graduated from the Juilliard School in 2005.

Mennell made his Broadway appearance in 2010 in A Free Man of Color. His stage training at Juilliard laid the foundation for his work across multiple performance disciplines.

On screen, Mennell became recognized for his roles in high-profile horror remakes. In 2007, he portrayed Bob Simms in Rob Zombie's reimagining of the 1978 John Carpenter film Halloween. The production featured Scout Taylor-Compton, Danielle Harris, Malcolm McDowell, and Tyler Mane as Michael Myers, and opened on August 31, 2007, debuting at number one at the box office. The following year, Mennell was cast as Mike in the 2009 remake of Friday the 13th, directed by Marcus Nispel. That film starred Amanda Righetti, Jared Padalecki, Danielle Panabaker, and Derek Mears as Jason Voorhees, and opened on February 13, 2009, also debuting at number one at the box office.

Mennell additionally appeared in The Black Waters of Echo's Pond, a fantasy horror film shot in 2009 and directed by Gabriel Bologna.
