Neal Huff is an American actor born in New York City who has maintained a presence on Broadway spanning from 1995 to 2018. He earned his MFA from the Graduate Acting Program at New York University.

Huff's Broadway career began with a revival of The Tempest in 1995, followed by a revival of The Lion in Winter in 1999. He went on to star in Take Me Out, which received the Tony Award, in 2003. In April 2018, he took on the role of Willie Oban in the Broadway revival of The Iceman Cometh. Later that same year, beginning in December 2018, Huff joined the cast of To Kill a Mockingbird at the Shubert Theatre, playing Link Deas in the stage adaptation written by Aaron Sorkin.

His off-Broadway work includes The Foreigner in 2004 and The Little Dog Laughed in 2006.

Beyond the stage, Huff has built an extensive television career. He portrayed chief of staff Michael Steintorf in The Wire and has appeared in Law & Order, Six Degrees, Fringe, The Blacklist, Person of Interest, The Affair, Girls, The Sinner, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. More recently, he appeared in A Murder at the End of the World and played Roger, a ghoul, in Fallout.
