Monica Lee Gradischek, born December 15, 1971, is an American actress and voice actress whose work spans theater, film, television, animation, commercials, and video games.

Gradischek made her Broadway debut in 1994, accumulating credits that include two productions: Hello, Dolly! and Grease. In Hello, Dolly!, she portrayed Minnie Fay opposite Carol Channing in the title role. A 1996 review noted her characterization as "a helium-voiced hoot." In Grease, she played Frenchy. A third Broadway credit, More to Love, in which she played Maxine, is also listed among her stage work.

Beyond Broadway, Gradischek's theater career includes a range of regional and off-Broadway productions. She played Cousin Fan in a Hollywood Bowl production of Mame and took on the role of Boo in Bark! The Musical at The Coast Playhouse. Additional stage credits include About Face at BMI Theatre, where she played Maggie; Fireflies in the Sun at the Greenwich Theatre, where she portrayed Linda; Working at Circle in the Square Theatre; and the Gatsby Concert at Time Warner Theatre, in which she played Lucinda the Maid. She also performed the lead role of Annie in a production of Annie and was a member of the New York City improv group Without a Net Improv.

Her television appearances include a recurring role on As the World Turns and a guest star credit on All My Children. Additional television credits include roles on Wizards of Waverly Place, Bones, Melissa & Joey, The Mindy Project, and Hollywood, where she played Lucille Reimann. She also appeared as Ms. Piccolo on The Fresh Beat Band. In film, she appeared in Sunshine, playing Emily "Sunshine" Miranda in a production that won Best Comedy at the Mini DV Festival 2004 in Los Angeles, and in All the Way to the Top, in which she played Julia and also served as casting director.

Gradischek has an extensive voice acting career in animation. Her credits include Squirrel Boy, in which she voiced Darlene; Sniz and Fondue, where she voiced Bianca; and the pilot Prickles, The Cactus, shown on What a Cartoon!, in which she voiced the title character. She also contributed voices to Rocket Power, The Simpsons, and the trailer for Shrek 2, on which she served as lead singer. In video games, her credits include RTX Red Rock (2003), in which she voiced I.R.I.S.; Barbie Rapunzel, in which she voiced Rapunzel; and ABCmouse.com, where she voiced Granny Franny.
