About
Molly Scott Pesce, also known as Molly Pesce and Molly Scott, is an American actress born around 1963. Before pursuing a career in entertainment, Pesce graduated from Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs, Florida, in 1981 and went on to attend the University of Florida in Gainesville. In 1986, she was crowned Miss Florida and subsequently competed in the Miss America 1987 pageant.
Pesce launched her professional acting career in 1989 as the host of Total Panic, a variety show that aired on Nickelodeon. Her television work extended to hosting Animal Planet's Backyard Habitat, as well as serving as one of the co-hosts during the first season of the daytime talk show iVillageLive, which was produced in Orlando.
In 1997, Pesce made her Broadway debut in Jekyll & Hyde, adding a stage credit to her career alongside her work in television.
