Michael Sacks, born September 11, 1948, in New York City, is an American actor and technology industry executive. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Relations from Harvard College and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University.

Sacks made his most prominent screen appearance as Billy Pilgrim in George Roy Hill's 1972 film Slaughterhouse-Five, an adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut's novel. The following year he appeared in Steven Spielberg's The Sugarland Express (1974), portraying a kidnapped highway patrolman. Subsequent film roles included Melvin Purvis in The Private Files of J. Edgar Hoover (1977), Jeff in The Amityville Horror (1979), and a part in Hanover Street (1979) alongside Harrison Ford. He also appeared in the thriller Split Image (1982) and the television disaster film Starflight: The Plane That Couldn't Land (1983). Sacks retired from the entertainment industry in 1984, with his final role being in the black comedy film The House of God, featuring Tim Matheson.

On Broadway, Sacks appeared in 1975 in Kennedy's Children by Robert Patrick, playing Mark, a bewildered Vietnam veteran.

Following his departure from acting, Sacks built a career in financial technology. He held positions at IBM Research Division and Salomon Brothers, Inc. before joining Morgan Stanley in 1994, where he served as executive director and global head of bond technology for the fixed income division, among other roles including chief operating officer for fixed income technology and global head of technology for the foreign exchange division. In 2004, he joined the online bond trading company MarketAxess as head of global applications development.
