About
Madisyn Shipman is an American actress, singer, and model born on November 20, 2002, in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The eldest of four children, she is the daughter of Jen and Tracey Shipman. By the age of eight, she had begun writing songs and playing guitar.
Shipman's professional career began at age five through a talent agency, which secured her multiple roles on Saturday Night Live, as well as appearances on Sesame Street. Her stage work brought her to Broadway in 2010, when she appeared in the play Enron. That Broadway credit came when Shipman was seven years old.
In 2015, Shipman was cast as Kenzie Bell in the Nickelodeon sitcom Game Shakers, a series produced by Dan Schneider. The character is one of the co-founders of the show's titular game company, and the role became the work for which Shipman is most widely recognized.
Shipman launched her music career in 2021 and has released nine singles as a lead artist. In 2023, she joined the Playboy Creator Platform.
