Macey Harlam (April 27, 1873 – June 17, 1923) was a New York-born stage and screen actor whose career spanned both Broadway and silent film. Born in New York City, he built a substantial theatrical career before transitioning to motion pictures.

Harlam's Broadway career extended from 1901 to 1917, during which he appeared in a range of productions. His stage credits included The Wanderer, Inside the Lines, The Yellow Ticket, The Tongues of Men, and The Ne'er-do-well, among others.

Following his years on the stage, Harlam moved into silent films, where he worked alongside several prominent performers of the era, including Pauline Frederick, Douglas Fairbanks, Elsie Ferguson, Geraldine Farrar, and Lionel Barrymore. His film work began in 1915 with The Eternal City and continued steadily through the early 1920s. Among his screen appearances were Betty of Greystone, The Habit of Happiness, Manhattan Madness, and Nanette of the Wilds, all released in 1916, as well as Barbary Sheep in 1917. His later film credits included Flame of the Desert and Toby's Bow in 1919, The Woman and the Puppet and The Right to Love in 1920, and multiple productions in 1921, among them The Conquest of Canaan and You Find It Everywhere. His final screen appearances came in 1923 with The Tents of Allah, Bella Donna, and Broadway Broke.

Harlam died on June 17, 1923, at Saranac Lake, New York.
