Linda Kozlowski is an American actress born on January 7, 1958, in Fairfield, Connecticut, where she graduated from Andrew Warde High School in 1976. She went on to complete her formal training at the Juilliard School's drama division, earning her degree in 1981.
Kozlowski launched her professional career immediately following graduation, appearing in the off-Broadway production How It All Began during the 1981–1982 season. Her Broadway debut came with Death of a Salesman, in which she played Miss Forsythe in 1984. She reprised that same role the following year for the 1985 film adaptation of the play.
Her most prominent career breakthrough arrived in 1986 with the Australian film Crocodile Dundee, in which she starred opposite Paul Hogan as Sue Charlton. The performance earned her a Golden Globe Award nomination in the Best Supporting Actress category in 1987. She returned to the role in Crocodile Dundee II and later in Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles in 2001. In 1988, she appeared in the film Pass the Ammo alongside Bill Paxton, Tim Curry, and Annie Potts, as well as the television miniseries Favorite Son. Kozlowski married Paul Hogan on May 5, 1990, and the couple have one son, Chance. They attempted to establish themselves in Australia before relocating to Los Angeles in the late 1990s. The two divorced in 2014. In 2017, Kozlowski married Moulay Hafid Baba, a Moroccan tour guide. The couple reside in Morocco and jointly operate a tour company.
