Leonard Penn (November 13, 1907 – May 20, 1975) was an American actor whose career spanned film, television, and theatre. Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, to Marcus Penn and Eva Monson, he pursued formal training in drama at Columbia University before establishing himself as a working actor across multiple mediums.

Penn's Broadway career ran from 1934 to 1941 and encompassed six productions. His earliest stage appearances came in 1934 with Between Two Worlds and Personal Appearance. The following year he appeared in both Field of Ermine and Paths of Glory. Lady in Waiting brought him back to Broadway in 1940, and his final stage credit, The Distant City, came in 1941.

Beyond the stage, Penn accumulated a substantial body of screen work, appearing in 81 films and 27 television productions between 1937 and 1960. He was particularly associated with film serials and supporting roles in major studio productions. Among his film credits was Marie Antoinette, in which he appeared alongside actress Gladys George.

Penn married George on September 18, 1935, in New Haven, Connecticut. The marriage lasted until 1944. During World War II, Penn served in Navy intelligence. In 1947 he married Louise Arthur Sharp in Los Angeles.

Penn died in Los Angeles, California, on May 20, 1975, at the age of 67.
