Leigh Ann Larkin

Leigh Ann Larkin is an American actress and singer born on April 14 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she was raised and attended North Hills High School, graduating in 1998. She went on to study musical theater at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, earning her degree in 2002, after which she relocated to Manhattan to pursue her career.

Larkin's early professional work included a national tour with Disney Theatrical in On the Record and a return to her hometown in May 2007 to play Belle in Beauty and the Beast at the Pittsburgh Musical Theater. That same year, she took on the role of June Havoc in the Encores! revival of Gypsy: A Musical Fable, which ran from July 9 to 29, 2007. The production subsequently transferred to Broadway, opening at the St. James Theatre on March 27, 2008. The show had been scheduled to run through March 2009, but closed early on January 11, 2009, following a decline in ticket sales.

Larkin next appeared on Broadway in the 2009 revival of A Little Night Music, playing the role of Petra alongside Angela Lansbury and Catherine Zeta-Jones. The production opened at the Walter Kerr Theatre on December 13, 2009. It temporarily closed on June 20, 2010, before resuming on July 13 with Bernadette Peters as Desiree Armfeldt and Elaine Stritch as Madame Armfeldt. The revival ultimately closed on January 9, 2011, after 20 previews and 425 regular performances. Her Broadway work continued with appearances in Cabaret and Off the Record, with her stage credits spanning from 2008 to 2016.

In addition to her stage work, Larkin appeared on television as Pepper Gleason in Lipstick Jungle in 2008, in Flight of the Conchords in 2009, and in Elementary in December 2012.
