Laura Jordan is a Canadian actress born on April 10, 1977, in Toronto, Ontario. She spent three years living in France, where she studied French at the University of Paris, before eventually relocating to Los Angeles in 2002 alongside fellow actor Malin Åkerman.
Jordan's stage career brought her to Broadway between 2005 and 2008, with credits including In My Life and Cry-Baby. During that same period, she also pursued work in film and television. In 2005, she appeared in the film Berkeley, portraying a character named Sadie. Three years later, she took on the role of Kayla Scott in Joy Ride 2: Dead Ahead, a sequel to the 2001 film Joy Ride. In 2009, she played Madeline Maguire in the television series Shattered.
In addition to her acting work, Jordan is a member of a Los Angeles-based band called The Billionaires.
