Kevin Chamberlin, born Seth Kevin Chamberlin on November 25, 1963, in Baltimore, Maryland, is an American actor and singer whose career spans Broadway, film, and television. He was raised in Moorestown, New Jersey, where he graduated from Moorestown High School in 1981. He subsequently trained at Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts in New Brunswick, New Jersey, earning a B.F.A. in acting in 1985.

Chamberlin made his Broadway debut in 1992 in My Favorite Year. His stage work over the following decades encompassed a wide range of productions, including Abe Lincoln in Illinois, The Triumph of Love, in which he originated the role of Dimas in 1997, Dirty Blonde, in which he played Charlie, The Ritz, and Chicago. He portrayed Horton in Seussical and Uncle Fester in The Addams Family, the latter earning him a Broadway.com Audience Award for Favorite Performance by a Featured Actor in a Broadway Musical. Brad Oscar succeeded him in the role of Uncle Fester on March 8, 2011. Chamberlin returned to Broadway as The Wizard of Oz in Wicked from 2018 to 2019.

His Broadway work earned him three Tony Award nominations and three Drama Desk Award nominations. The Tony nominations included a Best Actor in a Musical nomination in 2001 and a Best Featured Actor in a Musical nomination in 2010. The nominations recognized his performances in Dirty Blonde, Seussical, and The Addams Family.

Beyond Broadway, Chamberlin appeared in regional and concert productions. In 2019, he played Mr. Mushnik in the Pasadena Playhouse production of Little Shop of Horrors, alongside George Salazar, Mj Rodriguez, Amber Riley, and Matthew Wilkas. In 2022, he portrayed Nicely-Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, starring opposite James Monroe Iglehart, Jessie Mueller, Steven Pasquale, and Phillipa Soo, a performance for which he received a Helen Hayes Award. In January 2021, he starred as Gusteau in a benefit concert presentation of a musical adaptation of the 2007 Disney/Pixar film Ratatouille, which streamed exclusively on TodayTix on January 1, 2021, following an announcement on December 28, 2020. In June 2025, Chamberlin performed his solo show Finding the Joy in a one-night engagement at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York City on June 23, produced alongside his husband Michael Gans and music director Michael Orland.

On screen, Chamberlin is widely recognized for playing Bertram Winkle in the Disney Channel sitcom Jessie, a role he held from 2011 to 2015. His film credits include a role as an NYPD bomb defusal expert in Die Hard with a Vengeance, a supporting appearance in the 1999 film Trick, and a role as a New York police officer in Lucky Number Slevin. He also starred as Dr. Fusion in the Disney Channel Original Movie Teen Beach Movie, which aired on July 19, 2013. His television work includes the role of Aron Malsky in the NBC series Heroes, an appearance in a Law and Order: Special Victims Unit episode titled "Redemption" as Roger Berry, and a guest appearance on Frasier in season 10, episode 13.

Chamberlin has been married to television writer and producer Michael Gans since 2008; the two have been together since 1991.
