Kevin Carroll

Kevin Carroll is an American actor born on September 6, 1969, whose career spans stage, film, and television. He made his mark on Broadway between 1993 and 2003, appearing in productions including Angels in America: Millennium Approaches, Angels in America: Perestroika, 42 Seconds from Broadway, and Take Me Out.

On screen, Carroll appeared in the 2002 crime drama Paid in Full, in which he played the character Calvin. His early television work consisted largely of guest appearances across a range of series and television movies before he secured a main cast role in the HBO drama The Leftovers, where he portrayed John Murphy. The series ran from 2015 to 2017.

Following The Leftovers, Carroll transitioned into more prominent recurring and main cast roles on television. He played Alton Williams, the father of Franklin Saint, in the television series Snowfall, and appeared in the tenth season of the AMC series The Walking Dead. His subsequent credits also include Sacred Lies and Let the Right One In.
