Keith Randolph Smith is an American actor whose work spans Broadway, film, television, and video games. He trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, graduating in 1986, and has maintained an active presence on the Broadway stage from 1992 through 2017.

Smith's Broadway credits include Jitney, American Psycho, Come Back, Little Sheba, Salome, Fences, King Hedley II, and The Piano Lesson. Several of these productions are drawn from the work of playwright August Wilson, with whom Smith has had a recurring professional association. Off Broadway, his credits include Fabulation at Playwrights Horizons, Jitney at Second Stage, Holiday Heart at Manhattan Theatre Club, Before It Hits Home at NYSF, and Arturo Ui at Classic Stage Company. His regional theater work includes productions at Atlanta's Alliance Theatre, Alabama Shakespeare, Long Wharf, Indiana Rep, Hartford Stage, and La Jolla Playhouse, where he appeared in God of Carnage, The Dreams of Sarah Breedlove, In Walks Ed, Les Trois Dumas, Tartuffe, and The Heliotrope Bouquet, respectively.

In 2001, Smith starred in the international tour of Wilson's Jitney, which opened at the National Theatre in London. In 2012, he performed in the Virginia Stage Company production of Wilson's Fences, a play that had originally starred James Earl Jones in its Broadway premiere in 1987.

On screen, Smith appeared in two films directed by Spike Lee: Malcolm X and Girl 6. He also played Will in Fallout and Jesse Hill in Backstreet Justice. His television credits include Law & Order, Cosby, New York Undercover, and Onion SportsDome.

Smith has also contributed voice work to the Grand Theft Auto video game franchise. He voiced Clay Simons, the Lost's Road Captain, in Grand Theft Auto: The Lost and Damned, as well as the Crowd of Liberty City and Vibe 98.8 Imaging in Grand Theft Auto IV. He reprised the role of Clay Simons in Grand Theft Auto V.
