Katy Selverstone

Katy Selverstone is an American actress born on February 4, 1966, in New York City. She attended Scranton Central High School in Scranton, Pennsylvania, before going on to earn a BFA in acting from Carnegie Mellon University.

Selverstone is perhaps best recognized for her recurring television role as Lisa Robbins, Drew Carey's girlfriend, during the first and second seasons of The Drew Carey Show. Her television work also includes appearances on NYPD Blue, CSI, As the World Turns, The L Word, Nip/Tuck, and Seinfeld, where she played Siena, George Costanza's girlfriend, in the episode "The Face Painter." She portrayed FBI agent Nancy Floyd in The Path to 9/11.

On the big screen, Selverstone has appeared in Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood and South of Pico. She received the Grand Jury Choice for Best Actress in a Feature for her portrayal of the character Una in Laura Nix's short film The Politics of Fur. Earlier in her career, she played Darlene, a receptionist at the fictional publishing company Gramercy Press, in Network MCI commercials that aired in 1994 and 1995.

In 2000, Selverstone made her Broadway debut in Arthur Miller's The Ride Down Mt. Morgan, appearing alongside actor Patrick Stewart. The performance earned her a Fany Award for Outstanding Broadway Debut.
