Julee Cerda

Julee Cerda is a South Korean-born American actress whose Broadway career has spanned from 2018 to 2025. Born to a Korean mother and a Dominican father, she was raised across two countries simultaneously, splitting her upbringing between New York and the Dominican Republic.

Cerda's path toward acting began during high school, when a class field trip to a Broadway production of Les Misérables made a decisive impression on her. That experience led her to pursue acting professionally. She went on to attend Marist College and became involved in comedy troupes, including Upright Citizens Brigade and Tangana!, an ensemble she helped found as one of its original members. Early in her career she worked in advertising before seeking broader performance opportunities.
