Jo Ann Harris is an American actress whose career in film, television, and theater spans several decades, beginning in 1967. She made her Broadway debut in 1969 as a member of the cast of Hair.

Harris began her acting career at age 18 with a guest appearance on the drama series Run for Your Life, starring Ben Gazzara. From there she built an extensive television résumé through guest-starring roles on numerous series, among them Adam-12, Dragnet 1968, Gunsmoke, The High Chaparral, The Virginian/The Men of Shiloh, Medical Center, Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color, The Mod Squad, The F.B.I., Barnaby Jones, Hawaii Five-O, Nakia, The Streets of San Francisco, The Love Boat, Fantasy Island, Vega$, B.J. and the Bear, Rich Man, Poor Man, and Laverne & Shirley. She also served as a panelist on Match Game 77 for one week. In 1977, she took a co-starring role alongside Robert Stack in the short-lived series Most Wanted.

On the film side, Harris appeared in Maryjane in 1968 and The Gay Deceivers in 1969. Her most prominent film role came in Don Siegel's 1971 thriller The Beguiled, in which she played a 17-year-old who seduces the character portrayed by Clint Eastwood. Additional film credits include The Sporting Club (1971), The Parallax View (1974), Act of Vengeance (1974), Cruise into Terror (1978), and Deadly Games (1982).

Harris also contributed voice work throughout her career. She voiced the character Tina in the 1973 Hanna-Barbera animated series Goober and the Ghost Chasers, performed in the animated feature Oliver & Company in 1988, and voiced various episodic characters on The Simpsons. Later in her career she appeared in eight episodes of Tracey Ullman's State of the Union between 2008 and 2010, playing the roles of Candy Cantwell, the interviewer, and Terri.

Harris was married for many years to television and film writer and producer Jerry Belson. Together they had two children, Julie and Willi. Belson died in 2006, leaving Harris widowed.
