Jeb Brown is an American actor born on August 11, 1964, in Greenwich, Connecticut, whose Broadway career has spanned more than five decades. He made his Broadway debut at the age of ten in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, launching a stage career that would extend from 1974 to 2025 and encompass nine Broadway productions.
Brown studied theater at Yale University, where he was also a member of the renowned a cappella ensemble The Whiffenpoofs. His Broadway credits include Bring Back Birdie, I'm Not Rappaport, High Fidelity, Grease, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, in addition to numerous off-Broadway engagements.
In 2014, Brown originated the role of music publisher Don Kirshner in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical on Broadway. His work in the role marked one of his most prominent Broadway contributions prior to his later recognition for Dead Outlaw.
Brown starred in Dead Outlaw, for which he received a 2025 Tony Award nomination for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical. Beyond the stage, his screen work includes a recurring role as Wesley Cox on the Hulu series The Path, which ran from 2016 to 2018.
