Jean De Briac, born Jean-Frédéric Weitler on August 15, 1891, in France, was a French-born actor who built a career spanning both film and stage. He immigrated to the United States in 1915 and went on to become a prolific presence in American cinema. He died on October 18, 1970, in Los Angeles, California.

Over the course of his screen career, De Briac appeared in more than 120 films between 1920 and 1962, establishing a lengthy record of work in the industry across four decades.

In addition to his film work, De Briac appeared on Broadway in 1944 in the comedy Slightly Scandalous.
