Hrach Titizian

Hrach Titizian is an American actor and producer working in television, film, and stage. Born in California to ethnic Armenian parents — his father from Lebanon and his mother from Jordan, with grandparents of Armenian heritage from Iraq and Syria — Titizian grew up in Glendale, California. He attended Armenian school and developed fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the language.

From an early age, Titizian showed a natural inclination toward performance, entertaining family friends with singing and impersonations. At 19 he made the decision to pursue acting professionally, though he kept this choice hidden from his parents by continuing to appear enrolled in college while having quietly withdrawn. To fund drama lessons during this period, he worked delivering flowers. The arrangement lasted nearly a year before his signing with an agent brought the truth to light. Despite his parents learning of the deception, Titizian remained committed to his acting career.

On Broadway, Titizian appeared in 2011 in Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo. His television work includes a recurring role as CIA analyst Danny Galvez during the first two seasons of the Showtime series Homeland, the performance for which he became widely recognized.
