Helene Heigh was an American actress whose career spanned film, television, and stage. She worked across multiple decades, building a body of work that included both theatrical productions and screen appearances.

Heigh made her mark on Broadway in 1944, appearing in Ramshackle Inn. The production stands as her verified stage credit from that period.

Her film career extended from the 1940s through the 1980s. In 1947, she appeared in Monsieur Verdoux, playing Yvonne, a friend of the character Marie. The following year brought several additional screen roles: in 1946, Heigh portrayed Etta in Her Sister's Secret, took on the role of Eleanor Renslow Ramsey in Murder Is My Business, and played Laura Vixon in The Undercover Woman. In 1957, she appeared in two films, Teenage Thunder as Aunt Martha Simpson and Plunder Road as a Society Woman. Her screen work continued well into the following decades, with a role in the 1984 film Mass Appeal rounding out her known filmography.
