Hal Clarendon (1876–1959) was an American actor and director whose career spanned stage and screen across several decades. In addition to performing, he operated a stock theater company that bore his name and took on directorial work both in theater and film.

Clarendon appeared in a substantial number of silent films during the 1910s. His screen roles included Kleschna in Leah Kleschna (1913), Andy MacFarlane in The Redemption of David Corson (1914), Sam Meade in The Little Gray Lady (1914), Walter Elliott in The Scales of Justice (1914), Comte Florian de Crebellon in One of Our Girls (1914), and Prince Eugen in The Pride of Jennico (1914). Among his other film appearances were The Port of Doom (1913), A Lady of Quality (1913), Marta of the Lowlands (1914), His Last Dollar (1914), The Conspiracy (1914), The Terror of Anger (1914), The Day of Days (1914), A Woman's Triumph (1914), An American Citizen (1914), The Corsican Brothers (1915), David Harum (1915), The Actor and the Rube (1915), Who Got Stung? (1915), Across the Way (1915), A Virgin Paradise (1921), and I Scream (1934). He directed the 1916 film One Day, in which he also played Prince Ronneaus, and directed the 1917 film Alma, Where Do You Live?, adapted from a play. He was also slated to direct the stage production The Other Man, featuring Hobart Henley and Irene Hunt. In 1916, Clarendon served as general director of the Ruth J. MacTammany Motion Picture Company.

His Broadway career ran from 1925 to 1932 and encompassed five productions. He appeared in A Good Bad Woman, The Wicked Age, Paid Companions, Phantoms, and Angels Don't Kiss.
