Gladys Frazin (June 21, 1900 – March 9, 1939) was an American actress who worked in both stage and film, appearing in productions on both sides of the Atlantic.

Frazin's Broadway career included the 1922 play The Masked Woman, in which she portrayed the role of Mimi. Her stage work extended beyond Broadway to the West End, where she appeared in Edgar Wallace's On the Spot, a production that became a hit in 1930. Her film career encompassed American and British productions spanning the 1920s and early 1930s, among them Let Not Man Put Asunder (1924), The Winning Oar (1927), Inspiration (1928), The Blue Peter (1928), Spangles (1928), The Return of the Rat (1929), The Compulsory Husband (1930), Kiss Me Sergeant (1930), and The Other Woman (1931).

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Frazin, she was married four times. Her first husband was Leo Lowenstein, with whom she had a son, Leo Lowenstein Jr. Her fourth husband was comedian Monty Banks; the two were married from 1929 until their divorce in 1932.

Frazin died on March 9, 1939, at the age of 38, after jumping from a window of a New York City apartment.
