George Brenlin, born George Henry Brendlinger on October 10, 1927, in Pitcairn, Pennsylvania, was an American actor whose career spanned stage, film, and television. He served in the United States Navy before pursuing a career in performance.
Brenlin's Broadway work took place between 1956 and 1957, with credits including Pictures in the Hallway and I Knock at the Door. His role in Pictures in the Hallway was a lead part, marking a notable presence in his stage career during that period.
In film, Brenlin is recognized for his starring role as Weasel Martin in the 1957 production Young and Dangerous. His television work was extensive, encompassing guest appearances on Gunsmoke, Bonanza, Rawhide, The Fugitive, 12 O'Clock High, Tales of Wells Fargo, The Californians, Columbo, and Adam-12, on which he appeared in four episodes. He also took on recurring character roles, portraying Jimmie Burke in an episode of the western series The Deputy and Coley Barnes in the legal drama Perry Mason.
Brenlin died on September 21, 1986, at the age of 58, and was buried at Riverside National Cemetery.
