Gabriella Pizzolo

Gabriella Grace Pizzolo, born March 10, 2003, is an American performer and singer who began her professional career in regional productions before transitioning to Broadway. She is recognized for her stage work as well as her television role as Suzie Bingham in the Netflix series Stranger Things.

Pizzolo made her Broadway debut as the title character in Matilda the Musical, a role she first performed on December 22, 2013. Her path to the role included an initial round of auditions for the original cast, during which she received callbacks but was not selected. A subsequent audition proved successful. During her time in the production, she made public appearances in the role at events including Broadway at Bryant Park and a Ralph Lauren Fashion Show. Her final performance as Matilda took place on September 13, 2014. Her mother, Natalie, a teacher, homeschooled Pizzolo during this period.

In March 2015, Pizzolo joined the cast of Fun Home on Broadway as an understudy for the roles of Small Alison, Christian, and John. Following Sydney Lucas's departure from the production in October 2015, Pizzolo assumed the principal role of Small Alison. In that capacity, she performed the song "Ring of Keys" at multiple events, among them the 20th SAGE Awards and the White House. She remained with the production until it closed on September 10, 2016.

Following her Broadway work, Pizzolo performed in the concert version of Sunday in the Park with George at New York City Center in October 2016. Beginning in January 2017, she played Opal in Because of Winn Dixie at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. She also provided the voice of Cricket in the 2018 animated series Butterbean's Café.

Pizzolo joined the cast of Stranger Things in its third season in 2019, playing Suzie Bingham, and reprised the role in the fourth season in 2022. She attended the State University of New York at Purchase, located in Purchase, New York, and obtained a degree in psychology in 2025. Pizzolo lives in upstate New York with her parents and younger sister.
