Flavia Arcaro (June 22, 1876 – April 8, 1937) was an American stage and silent film actress originally from Mejico, Texas, whose career spanned Broadway and early cinema from the mid-1900s through the mid-1930s.

Arcaro's Broadway career extended from 1906 to 1934 and encompassed a range of musical and dramatic productions. Her stage credits included The Student King, The Little Michus, The Magic Melody, Sweethearts, and The Girl and the Kaiser, among others. In 1912, she took on the role of Madame Leontine in the Broadway musical The Man from Cook's. She also appeared in the 1925 play Dearest Enemy.

Alongside her stage work, Arcaro built a substantial presence in silent film and early short subjects. In 1915 alone she appeared in numerous short films, including The Plunderer, in which she played Cook, as well as Capital Punishment as Vivian Baxley, The Cup of Chance as Hope's Mother, Sunshine and Tempest as Nancy, The Unsuspected Isles as Lores, The Ace of Death as Theresa, The Vivisectionist as The Actress, and The Devil's Darling. She continued in film the following year, appearing in Paying the Price as Vera Desmond and The Secret Agent as Mrs. Vanderlind. Her later screen work included The Naggers on Four Wheels- No Brakes in 1932, the Broadway Brevities short Fifi in 1933, and Come to Dinner in 1934, in which she portrayed Carlotta Prance.
